摘要
目的研究用细菌内毒素法检查碳酸氢钠注射液。方法参照《中国药典》2005年版(二部)附录细菌内毒素检查法及其指导原则进行干扰试验。结果碳酸氢钠注射液稀释16倍,对细菌内毒素检查无干扰作用。结论碳酸氢钠注射液可用细菌内毒素检查法控制其质量。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the bacterial endoxin test in sodium bicarbonate injection. METHODS According to the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2005 Edited. , inhibition or enhancement test for bacterial endoxin test was carried out for sobicarbonate injection. RESULTS Sodium bicarbonate injection has no interference to the bacterial endoxin test when it is diluted for 2.5 times. CONCLUSION Bacterial endoxin test could be used for sodium bicarbonate injection.
