西北地区森林培育问题及对策

The Problems and the Countermeasures of Forest Cultivation in Northwest China

森林问题的根本是森林培育问题,而森林培育的动力和源泉是森林培育主体的积极性。本文结合西北地区森林培育的现状,分析了该地区森林培育中存在的问题及成因,提出了森林培育的激励机制体系。本研究为改善西北地区生态环境,保持和提高该地区森林培育积极性提供理论支持和政策参考。

Forest cultivation is the essential of forest problem.However, the motivation and power of forest cultivation stem from cultivating entries. This paper probed the main problems and causes with considering current situation in northwest area, and proposed incentive system of forest cultivation. The purpose of this paper is to offer theoretical support and reference in improving ecological environment and enhancing initiative of forest cultivation.
