摘要
分众化课程设置与综合型人才培养的关系,是教学方法与培养目标的关系。我国区域性民族文化的特殊规定性,是分众化课程设置的理论依据和实际视野。分众化课程设置和综合型人才培养的统一性,其前提是"因材施教"和"因需育才"的统一,而归根结蒂统一于育"材"成"才"。
The relationship between demassified curriculum setup and comprehensive talents' cultivation is correspondent to the relationship between teaching method and educational objective. The characteristics of regional ethnic cultures provide the ground for demassified curriculum setup both theoretically and practically. The unity of demassified curriculum setup and comprehensive talents' cultivation is preconditioned by the unity of education according to different types of students and cultivation of required talents.
