摘要
目的:研究影响艺术院校学生心理健康状况的多种因素,为开展艺术院校心理咨询和心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用五种具有高信度、高效度,涉及心理健康水平、个性、社会支持、应对策略、生活事件的量表对艺术院校学生进行测评。结果:艺术院校学生心理健康水平在年龄、性别、专业、大中专分组中都具有显著差异;心理健康水平与个性、应对方式、生活事件、社会支持有显著或高度显著相关性;多因素分析揭示对男、女生心理健康影响最大的因素是过去一年发生的生活事件所造成的心理应激状态,以及影响男生的是应对策略,影响女生的是个性特质。结论:对艺术院校学生开展咨询必须结合多种心理应激变量。
By conducting researches on relative factors that influence art school students' mental health, this paper aims to provide grounds for psychological consultation and mental health education. Five high efficient scales were used to evaluate the students, and we found that art school students' mental health levels vary notably with different ages, sexes, specialties and grades; mental health level has a notable relation with personality, coping strategies, life events and social support; multi-factor analysis reveals the influence of psychological stress resulting from life events of the last year ranks first, coping strategies and personality rank second respectively for boys and girls. We conclude that it is essential to consider multiple psychological stress variables in psychological consultation and mental health education for art school students.
