摘要
采用微电脑微波化学反应器,以L-天冬氨酸(L-ASP)为原料,H3PO4为催化剂,碳酸丙烯酯为溶剂,合成了聚天冬氨酸(PASP),通过正交实验优化工艺条件,静态阻垢法测定产品的阻垢性能。结果表明,优化合成条件为:催化剂用量10%(相对于L-ASP),溶剂量1.5 mL/g,反应时间10 min,微波功率585 W,当PASP投加量为10 mg/L时,对碳酸钙的阻垢率达90%;加入量4 mg/L时,对硫酸钙垢的阻垢率达98%。
Polyaspartic acid was synthesized by catalytic polymerization with L-aspartic acid as raw materials in the medium of propylene carbonate under microwave radiation. Its properties of scale inhibition was examined by static scale inhibition method. The optimum reaction conditions determined through orthogonal design were as follows:dosage of catalyst was 10% (percent of L-ASP mass), amount of solvent was 1.5 mL/g,reaction time was 10 min,microwave power was 585 W. The calcium carbonate inhibition rate is up to 90% at the dosages of 10 mg/L, and at the dosages of 4 mg/L, the calcium sulphate inhibition rate is up to 98%.
