摘要
系统地研究了三嗪系列阻燃剂三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、二烯丙基溴丙基异三聚氰酸酯、二(2,3-二溴丙基)烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯、三(2,3-二溴丙基)异三聚氰酸酯等阻燃剂与磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)配合对丙烯酸系树脂的阻燃效果及其阻燃机理。氧指数、热失重、微分热失重等研究结果表明,三嗪系列阻燃剂与TCP配合对丙烯酸系树脂有一定的阻燃作用,但无协同作用,阻燃剂按气相机理发挥作用,TCP单独使用阻燃丙烯酸系树脂,也有一定的阻燃作用。
In this paper, triazine derivatives including triallylisocyanurate ( TAIC ), diallyl-dibromopropyl isocyanurate ( DABC ), di (2,3-dibromopropyl) allyl isocyanurate ( DBAC ) and tri-dibromopropyl isocyanurate (TBC), combined with tricresyl phosphate TCP in the flame-retardance and its action mechanism of acrylic resin were studied by the measurement of limit oxygen index (LOI), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential thermogravimetry analysis (DTG). The results indicate that triazine derivatives combined with TCP increase the inflaming retarding of acrylic resin in the gas phase. But the synergistic action isn' t apparent. TCP is also a kind of better flame retardant of acrylic resin.
