Synthesis of N-hydroxyphthalimide in the ionic liquids

摘要 研究了以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([bmim]PF6)为反应溶剂进行N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成方法。通过改变反应时间和温度以及反应物配比等条件,确定了反应的较优条件,研究结果表明,以[bmim]PF6为反应溶剂,盐酸羟胺与苯酐摩尔配比为1∶1,在130℃下反应2 h,产率可达89%。该法能简化产物分离,实现了NH-PI的高效绿色合成。 A new method that the compound N-hydroxyphthalimide was composed in the solvent 1-butyl-3- methylimidazoliumhexafluorophosphate was studied. Some experiments were done to confirm the better conditions of the reaction by altering the reaction time, temperature and mole ratio. When the mole ratio of hydroxylamine hydrochloride to phthalic anhydride was 1.1 in [ bmim] PF6, keeping at 130 ℃ for 2 h, the yield reached 89%. The method simplified the separation of products and achieved the synthesis by a better way.
