摘要 基于区域水资源可持续利用的内涵和意义,从水资源条件及开发利用、社会经济、生态环境和水资源管理等角度建立了水资源可持续利用指标体系。针对部分指标间存在不相容性和关联性的问题,结合物元分析和可拓学的相关理论,建立了新型的评价模型——物元可拓模型。以海南省为例,通过优选指标、确立等级和构建模型对该省水资源可持续利用态势进行了全面的评价,将结果与现实状况及传统评价模型的结果相比,验证了物元可拓模型在区域水资源可持续利用评价中的实用性。 According to the meaning and significance of the regional water resources sustainable utilization, the index system is established by considering water resources condition, utilization, social economy, eco-environment and water resources management. Based on element analysis and extension theory, a new element extension evaluation model is presented from problem with both of inconsistency and relevancy among different indices. The model is applied to the comprehensive assessment of sustainable water resources in Hainan province through several steps, which are index optimization, grade determination and model establishment. The test results are comparison with those of traditional model and actual case and it validates practicability of element extension model for assessment on the regional water resources sustainable utilization.
