摘要
针对三维有初始间隙的弹性摩擦接触问题,采用新的接触算法——有限元混合法对小湾水电站底孔弧形工作闸门支铰进行接触分析。计算结果表明,虽然支铰个别点的最大压应力超过了局部承压容许应力,但由于该处基本处于三向受压状态,最大剪应力小于抗剪容许应力并不会导致屈服破坏,因此小湾水电站底孔弧形工作闸门支铰的强度满足要求。
A new contact method--the Mixed Finite Element Method is presented for three-dimensional contact problem with elastic friction and initial gap. Analysis of the axis-supporting articulation contact problem for the bottom operating radial gate in Xiaowan hydropower station is carried out. Calculated results show that the surface yield failure will not be taken place although the maximum compression stress of the axis-supporting in part points is more than the sectional bearing permissible stress. It is because that the region around is applied by triaxial compression and the maximum shear stress is much smaller than bearing permissible stress. Thus, we can conclude that the intensity of the supporting articulation satisfies the request in operation.
