摘要
针对工矿企业、中小型发电厂、110 kV及以下电压等级变电站的工程现场供配电的需求,提出了一套可用于高压开关柜,并能满足测量、控制、保护功能要求的新型测控保护一体化系列装置的设计方案。装置硬件平台综合考虑了高性能、通用性、经济性、抗干扰性、可扩展性等方面,选用了高性能浮点型DSP芯片作为CPU,采用DSP+CPLD的模式简化硬件的设计。为了同时满足保护和测控的功能,采用了比较特殊的软件结构,为简化软件设计、提高程序可扩展性,保护软件又采用了基于保护逻辑函数的模块化设计方法。
This paper presents the design project of a series of new protection devices integrated with measurement, control function to satisfy spot's requirement of factories,power plants,MV and LV substations ,which can be installed in switch cabinet. Super performance, general-purpose, economical, anti-jamming, expansibility are considered for the devices' hardware design,which chooses DSP as its CPU and applies the mode of DSP+CPLD to simplify hardware design. For satisfying measurement and control function ,the device's software design uses special software framework. The software is organized by programming modules to simplify software design and improve its expansibility.
