针对纯棉织物活性染料染色存在的耐光牢度、耐摩擦牢度,以及还原染料染色存在的耐氯漂牢度、湿熨烫牢度等存在的问题进行探讨。生产实践说明,在工艺设计之初,优选染料和助剂;在操作过程中,严格控制和执行工艺,可以提升和改进纯棉织物的染色牢度。

Aiming at poor fastness to sunlight and rubbing of the reactive dyeings, and poor fastness to chlorine bleaching and wet ironing of the vat dyeings, certain solutions are put forward, such as careful selection of dyestuffs and auxiliaries in process design, and strict control and implementation of process.
