色差的分析及防止

分析染色过程中影响染料泳移的各种因素,诸如箱体加热温度不匀、机械挠度,以及染料性能差异等与色差的关系;介绍了产生色差的染前因素与染色中产生色差的因素区分,以及产生整批色泽不符样色差、前后色差和挠度色差的原因及解决办法。

Physical factors influencing dye migration in dyeing process are analyzed, relationship between uneven temperature distribution in dryer, mechanical flex, difference of dye properties and color deviation is discussed. The difference of color deviation before and during dyeing is introduced. Reasons for color difference against sample, front and back color difference and flex color difference are analyzed, measures are put forward.
