摘要
水系聚氨酯架桥剂不仅可以改善氟系拨水拨油剂整理各种织物的耐洗性,还可提高其棉织物整理的防水效果。从产品结构、反应机理、应用情况以及经济分析等方面,阐述了水系聚氨酯架桥剂F-2921E在纯棉、涤纶和涤棉织物氟系拨水拨油加工中的应用。试验结果表明,利用氟系拨水拨油剂与水性聚氨酯架桥剂拼混处理棉织物,效果好于单用防水剂。
In oil- and water-resistant finish with fluorinates, adding water-based polyurethane as a bridging agent can improve not only the durability of finishing effect, but also the water resistance of cotton fabric. Applications of polyurethane F-2921E to oil- and water- resistance of cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blended fabrics are analyzed from the respect of product structure, reaction mechanism, application methods and cost. It is said that combination of polyurethane and fluorinates can impart cotton fabric better properties than treated with fluorinates individually.
