摘要 燃煤机组在启动时需要消耗大量的燃料油,应用新型微油枪燃烧器能够减少燃料油的消耗.新型的微油枪燃烧器可使雾化良好的微油颗粒在高温微油燃烧室内迅速气化燃烧,形成的高温火焰直接点燃煤粉,以减少燃料油的消耗.在600 MW燃煤机组上进行了试验,其节油率可达90%以上,节油效果显著. Large amounts of fuel oil is consumed when coal-fired unit is pulsed on. The oil consumption can be decreased by using new applied micro-oil burner. New micro-oil burner consists of micro-oil pistol and micro-oil combustion chamber. Well-atomized micro-oil particle is quickly gasified to burn in the high temperature combustion chamber, with its high temperature flame ignitioning coal with oil consumption decreased. The rate of economizing oil of this technology was experimented on a 600 MW coal-fired utility boiler, reducing oil consumption by 90% which means great effectiveness in oil saving. The effectiveness of economizing oil was notable.
