电合成芳醛生产中的监控分析方法

Monitoring Analysis in Production of Aromatic Aldehydes Using Electro Synthesis Method

本工作研究了盐酸羟胺法测定芳醛的适宜条件，测定了本方法的精密度和准确度，结果令人满意。用此方法对电合成芳醛生产中料液及产品中的醛含量进行了分析，测定结果和色谱法、电位滴定法测定一致。

The optimum condition for analysis of aromatic aldehydes by means of the hydroxyamine hydrochlo ride method was determined.The precision and accuracy of this method were very satisfactory. The analyses of middle and final products in the production of aromatic aldehydes through the electro oxidation by means of this monitoring analysis method were carried out,and the obtained results agreed with those by means of the chromatograpy method and the potentiometric titration method.
