摘要
应用单纯形最优化法研究了三种混合试剂体系消除原子吸收分光光度法测定钙时铝的干扰。在所选体系下测定样品，其回收率为９３％～１０５％，结果令人满意。
The three mixed releasing reagent systems of removing interference of aluminium in the atomic absorptive spectrometric determination of calcium were studied with simplex optimization. The recovery of sample under the optimized systems was 93%～105%. The result was satisfactory.
