摘要
研究了镍系催化丁二烯聚合过程中,氧、水和醇等杂质对聚合活性影响的控制方法,提出了保留Al-Ni二元陈化,稀B单加体系优点的分Al降Ni高活性引发体系。与通常广泛采用的Al-Ni二元陈化,稀B单加方式相比,分Al降Ni措施同时强化了破杂Al的O/Al和Al-Ni陈化液的Al/Ni比两个参数,体系的抗杂质能力显著提高,保持较高活性允许的O/Al由0.4提高到1左右,且主催化剂利用率提高,Ni/Bd可降至10-6数量级,是配方综合优化的高活性引发体系。
The activity of the new nickel initiator system in the polymerization of butadiene was studied. The efficiency of the new nickel initiator system was higher. In the presence of oxygen as impurity with O/Al molar ratio over a wide range form 0 ̄0.6 the stability of the new nickel initiator system was also marked.
