三种血清肿瘤标志物检测对胃癌的诊断意义

Detection of the diagnosis about gastric cancer with the 3 tumor markers in serum

目的建立一种检测血清中肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA72-4和MG7-Ag的方法,并探讨3种肿瘤指标对胃癌的诊断意义。方法采用电化学发光法与酶免法分别检测200例正常人,170例III期胃癌行根治术的患者进行术前及术后每两个月检测患者血清CA19-9、CA72-4和MG7-Ag,术后定期进行常规复查。结果全组中有101例患者发现了复发(其中血源性复发83例,局部复发18例),复发患者CA19-9、CA72-4和MG7-Ag敏感度分别为62.3%、67.3%和59.4%,3项联合检测的敏感度为95.0%。结论联合检测CA19-9、CA72-4和MG7-Ag可以提高特异性,并有助于预测胃癌术后复发,3项标志物联合检测可早期诊断胃癌。

Objective To establish the analysis method about gastric cancer with the 3 tumour markers of CA19-9, CA72-4 and MGT-Ag in serum. Methods Detected the serum of 200 health adults by electrochemiluminescence technique and ELISA respectively, tumor marker CA19-9,CA72-4 and MGT-Ag in serum of 170 patients suffered gastric carcinoma in stage Ⅲ and taken the total correction were detected every two months before and after operation, then taken routine examination after operation. Results Recurrence was observed in 101 patients （blood source recurrence 83, regional recurrence 18）. For recurrences, the sensitivity of CA19-9, CA72-4 and MGT-Ag , is 62.3%, 67.3%, 59.4% respectively. Their integrated sensitivity is 95.0%. Conclusion It can elevate their sensitivity and specificity in combination with CA19-9, CA72-4 and MGT-Ag to diagnose about gastric cancer. Their expressions have an important act of diagnosing the gastric cancer.
