辛伐他汀对高血压肾病尿蛋白的影响研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的研究辛伐他汀对血压控制正常的高血压肾病患者尿蛋白的影响。方法60例血压控制正常的高血压肾病患者随机分为辛伐他汀组(30例)和对照组(30例),分别给予辛伐他汀(20mg)和安慰剂治疗6个月,观察血压(SBP/DBP),血脂(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、肌酐(Cr)、24h尿蛋白(U-Pro)变化。结果治疗6月后,辛伐他汀组的TC、LDL-C、U-Pro较对照组均显著降低(P<0.05),而两组间的SBP/DBP、TG、Cr无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀可减少高血压肾病的尿蛋白。
