逆变式植绒机高压电源的设计

摘要 介绍了一种电子式20~60 kV高压电源.该电源首先将市电AC1整流后,经过级联在一起的反激式直流L直流变换器和推挽式逆变器,变换成频率为20 kHz的高频交流电AC2.在此频率下,经变压器升压和高频整流得到高压直流电.提供了各级的启动过程、过流保护和高压绝缘等关键技术,报告了一些实验结果. A 20~60kV power supply,which consisted of 4 stages,for wool planting was reported. A flyback converter and a push-pull inverter,connected in series,changed the AC1 from power main to a high frequency AC2 of 20 kHz, At this frequency,AC2 was boosted via 3 transformers and then rectified to high-voltage DC. The key techniques,such as the starting procedure,overload protection, and the insulation schemes were presented. Some of the experimental results were reported as well.
