摘要
以聚乙二醇(PEG)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为原料合成了聚氨酯,采用干法涂膜制备了胶膜。研究了胶膜放置时间、PEG相对分子质量、软段质量分数、透湿温度和湿度等几个因素对透湿量的影响,并对亲水透湿机理进行了探讨。
Polyurethane was synthesized with polyethylene glycol, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 1,4-butylene glycol as raw materials, and the polyurethane film was prepared by drying process. The effects of preserving time of polyurethane film, relative molecular mass of polyethylene glycol, soft segment mass fraction, temperature and relative humidity on moisture permeable quantity are particularly discussed; the hydrophilic permeable mechanism of the films is probed.
