急性运动损伤的综合性物理治疗疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect on Integrated Physical Curing Acute Sport Injury

将221例急性运动损伤患者随机分为综合性物理治疗组(治疗组)和局部贴敷伤湿止痛药膏组(对照组).经过一个疗程治疗后,治疗组(108人)总有效例数为105例,总有效率为97.2%;对照组(113人)的总有效例数为97例,总有效率为85.8%.2组别数据经统计学检验有显著性差异(P<0.01),表明综合性物理疗法治疗急性运动性损伤的疗效较好,具有可推广性.

221 cases with acute sport injury were divided into two groups. One was curing group treated with integrated physical therapeutics and the other was control group treated with acetanilide sackingg on the injured part. After one period of treatment,total effective cases in curing group （108 persons） were 105 and general effective rate was 97.2%. However,the total effective cases in control group （113 persons） were 97 cases,general effective rate was 85.8%. There was a significant difference between two groups through statistical analysis （P〈0.01）. The result showed that the general, physical therapeutics for acute sports injury was better than the acetanilide sticking method.
