管磨机齿轮减速箱异常振动噪声故障的诊断

Fault Diagnosis of Abnormal Vibration and Noise in Tube Mill's Gearbox

基于振动信号的频域分析,对一台管磨机齿轮减速箱异常振动故障进行分析,发现其一级啮合齿轮存在较严重磨损;另外,由转频附近细化谱分析及时域波形比较,发现输入轴非电机端轴承座内机件还有径向配合松动故障。厂方拆卸检查,证实诊断结论正确。

An investigation was made in this paper of the abnormal vibration and noise faults in the gearbox of the tube mill, based on spectrum analysis of the vibration measurements. The elementary meshing gears were found seriously worn. Besides, at the non-drive--end of the primary shaft, some mechanical fitting in the bearing case were detected loosen, through spectrum--zoom analysis and waveform comparison in the time--domain. The diagnosis proved correct after the gearbox was disassembled.
