某厂高炉鼓风机风缸裂纹的原因分析及处理

摘要 某厂高炉鼓风机组是保障高炉正常生产的关键设备。在对机组大修时发现其风缸上存在多条裂纹。经分析,由于风缸猫爪和缸体各点温度不同,形成的膨胀量也不同,从而产生内应力,最终导致裂纹产生。另外缸体的铸造缺陷也易导致应力集中从而产生裂纹。 During the complete overhaul of the blast furnace blowers, cracks were found in the cylinders. The analysis demonstrated that due to different temperature on the cylinders' claws and cylinder body, expansion varied, producing internal stress. As a result, cracks were formed. In addition, poor casting of cylinder body prior to exfactory was responsible because stress tended to centralize , bringing about cracks. Some countermeasures are offered in the paper.
