当代大学生法律意识教育要点分析

大学法律教育的目的在于教授基本的法律知识、培养大学生认同型的法律意识等等。然而,大学在法律课程设置及教学时间上均有局限性,这就要求应更重视教学效率的提高,而法律意识的培养能达到事半功倍的效果。应重点培养学生的三大意识:积极地用合法方法保护合法权益的维权意识;全面履行义务、勇于承担责任的责任意识;时刻做好准备、防患于未然的防范意识。
