摘要
如何现场快速测定燃煤锅炉负荷率一直是环境监测及项目环保验收过程中难以克服的一个问题。为此,根据燃煤需要的理论空气量以及锅炉有效利用热等原理,作者经理论推导以及多年的实践测试提出了一种可以通过烟气流量和过量空气系数判断和估算燃煤锅炉负荷率的方法,结果证明方法可行,且与GB/T5468-1991中规定的标准测量方法相比,相对误差仅为-3.89%~3.69%。
How to quickly on-site estimate boiler loads has been always a problem in environmental monitoring and environmental protection acceptance monitoring of construction projects. So according to the principals of the theoretical combustion air demand in flue-gas and the thermal utilization efficiency of boiler, a fast on-site estimating method of boiler loads using gas flow of chimney and excessive air coefficient was studied through the theoretic and practical trials. The results demonstrate that the technique is feasible and consistent with that of standard method in GB/T5468-1991, and the relative error only is within -3.89% to 3.69%.
