摘要
研究武器系统挂架载荷的动态标定及其数据处理方法,为挂架载荷力值的测量提供标定模型。采用对挂架上一特征点施加标准的脉冲和阶跃激励,测量应变片对激励的响应输出,通过非参数拟合,获得标定样本数据库,根据最近邻域法确定未知受力值。结果表明,基于非参数拟合的标定方法,可较好地解决复杂环境下应变片输出的噪声干扰,从而提高测量数据的稳健性。
To create calibration model for measuring the value of bracket loading, this paper researched the method for weapon system bracket loading dynamic characteristic calibration and data processing. With feature of standard drive signal of pulse and step response, the response output of strainometer was measured. By means of nonparametric fit the sample database of calibration was obtained. Finally, an unknown force value could be determined by the Knn method. As a result, the method can resolve the noise interference superimpose on the strainomete output in complex environment and improve the robustness of measuring data.
