摘要
为应对铁路货车铆钉质量强制抽验的要求,设计研制出哈克铆钉横向振动试验台。试验台利用液压伺服作动器进行加载,采用LabVIEW软件平台和相应硬件,构建基于虚拟仪器的测试系统,实现对哈克铆钉质量检验以及对检验结果进行存储、查询、打印等功能。测试结果表明所设计的哈克铆钉横向振动试验台方案正确。
Huek rivet transverse vibration test rig is designed and developed to adapt mass coercive spot-cheek of railway truck. Hydraulic technology was applied in the test rig. The signal could be acquired by DAQ(data acquisition) and be processed by the LabVEIW software and hardware. The quality of Huck Rivet could be verified and the result of inspection could be stored, inquired and printed and so on, by the virtual system. The testing results show that the project of Huek Rivet Transverse Vibration Test Rig is correct.
