摘要 研究虚拟仪器在气固两相流特性参数测量中的应用.对比了虚拟仪器与传统仪器的优势,以火电厂管道煤粉质量流量在线监测系统为对象,在系统组成和程序设计方面对虚拟仪器系统的设计进行了介绍,给出了系统主界面、信号处理分析、数据操作处理和远程监控的设计与实现.结果表明,利用虚拟仪器技术缩短了整个监测系统的研究开发周期,节省了成本,易改进和升级,具有较好的应用前景. Studies the use of virtual instrument technique in gas-solid flow parameter measurement. Compared with traditional instruments, virtual instrument technique has its advantages. Taking the online monitoring system of pulverized coal pipeline mass flow rate measurement in a thermal power plant as an example, the system organization of the virtual instrument and software design is discussed. The design and realization of the main interface of the system, signal processing and analysis, as well as data manipulation remote control are given. Virtual instrument technique is useful in reducing the cycle time spent upon the monitoring system. The system is easy to improve and upgrade, thus making it to have bright prospects in further applications.
