豚鼠呼吸窘迫综合征模型复制及山莨菪碱对其影响的探讨

摘要 采用计算肺系数和病理切片、光镜检查等方法,观察油酸对豚鼠肺的损伤情况。结果表明:油酸组与对照组比较,动物呼吸频率加快,幅度变浅,呈“窘迫状”呼吸困难;肺系数增高(P<0.05),肺体积明显增大;肺间质充血、出血,肺泡水肿,提示已形成呼吸窘迫综合征模型。山莨菪碱拮抗油酸所致豚鼠肺水肿和肺损伤,提示它或有治疗作用。 The effects of oleic acid on pulmonary injury in guinea pigs were observed,by the calculation of the pulmonary coefficient and examining the pathological sections. The results indicated that compared with the contrast group, the respiratory rate of the oleic acid group increased,depth of respiration shallowed, showing 'distress condition' dyspnea; the pulmonary ceofficient increased (P<0.05),pulmonary volume enlarged obviousely; hyperemia and punctate hemorrhage in pulmonary mesenchyma,edema in pulmonary alveoli. The resuitfs suggest that oleic acid can be used to establish RDS model in guinea pig. Anisodamine can antagonize the pulmonary lesions in guinea pigs caused by oleic acid.
