摘要
在印制电路板的生产过程中,有多种重金属废水和有机废水被排出,成分复杂,处理难度大。脱膜废水是印制电路板生产工艺中所产生的废液,COD含量很高,但可生化降解能力差,采用传统的生物法很难达到满意的效果。活性炭固定床电解槽(BPBC)是一种电极三维化的电化学反应器,因其具有很大的比电极表面积而大大提高了电解效率。BPBC处理线路板脱膜废水的最佳工艺条件为:槽电压为8V,实际电解时间为60min,双氧水的投加量为1倍理论药量,pH值为3,NaCl的投加量不超过5g/L。
During the production of print circuitry board,much organic wastewater is drained,which can not be treated by the usual method. The treatment of film wastewater by a new electrochemist reactor-bipolar packed bed cell (BPBC) was studied and practiced. The conclusions are that the cell-voltage is 8 V,the electroanalysis time is 60 min,the pH value is 3,and the putting quantity of NaCl is 5 g/L. And the Bipolar packed bed cell (BPBC) can work well in the above technical conditions.
