Analysis of Development and Protection of Tourist Resources under Sustained Development View

当前,旅游资源开发方面存在的主要问题是:有限的资源面临着旅游市场迅速扩张的巨大压力,而重复建设和盲目粗放式开发更加重了资源供需失衡;资源开发从人文景观资源转向自然生态资源,资源的保护与开发就成为一对难解的矛盾;旅游经济高速增长与僵化陈旧体制并存,开发机制有待转换,管理水平有待提高。本文试就这些问题来探讨旅游资源合理开发利用的正确途径。

At present,the main problems existing in the development of the tourist resources are listed as below. The limited resources are facing with the enormous pressure,that is,the tourist market expands rapidly,and the repeated construction and the aimless extensive development cause the imbalance of supply and demand. Also,the development of resources turns from the human landscape resource to the natural ecological resource makes the protection and development of resources become a pair of contradictions difficult to resolve. Furthermore,the rapid growth of tourist economy is coexisting with the rigid outmoded system,the developing mechanism needs to be changed,and the management level needs to be improved. So,the correct method of the reasonable tourist resource exploitation is discussed.
