对我国药品管理目标的思考

Thoughts on the Objective of Drug Administration in China

目的:为明确我国药品管理目标提供参考,促进我国药品管理效益和水平的提高。方法:运用系统观点和方法,对我国药品管理的应然目标进行逻辑推理与分析,并对我国现实的药品管理目标及其存在的问题进行分析。结果与结论:我国药品管理应然目标应是"保证和促进国民用药安全、有效、经济、适当",现实的药品管理目标不够科学、合理。

OBJECTIVE： To provide references for the clarifying of the objective of drug administration in China and to enhance the efficiency and level of drug administration in our country. METHODS： A systematic perspective and method was applied to logically analysis on the necessary objective of drug administration in China and the current objective of drug administration in China and the problems existed within were conducted as well. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Our necessary objective should be to ensure and promote national safe, effective, economical and appropriate drug use, and the current objective of drug administration is far from scientific and rational.
