摘要
目的:制备尿囊素凝胶并建立其含量测定方法。方法:以尿囊素为主药,卡波姆-940为基质制备凝胶;采用高效液相色谱法测定其中主药含量。结果:所制凝胶涂展性好;尿囊素检测浓度的线性范围为12.78～68.16μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.7%(RSD=0.36%)。结论:本制剂制备工艺简便可行,含量测定方法准确、快速,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To prepare allantoin gels and to determine its content. METHODS： The gels were prepared with allantoin as principal agent and carbomer - 940 as gel base. The content of the principal agent was determined by HPLC. RESULTS： The prepared product was proved to be well- spread. The linear range of allantoin was 12.78-68.16μg·mL^-1 （r = 0.999 9）, with average recovery rate at 99.7% （RSD = 0.36%） . CONCLUSIONS： The preparation process of allantoin gels is simple and feasible, and the established content determination method is rapid and accurate, and it can be used for quality control of this preparation.
