南繁气候条件下杂交水稻品质状况分析

Analysis on the Quality of Hybrid Rice Cultivated in Winter in Hainan Province

通过对国家"863"杂交水稻与转基因植物海南研究开发基地种植的164份杂交水稻新组合米质的测试分析,对南繁气候条件下杂交水稻品质进行了评价。结果表明,大部分杂交水稻的直链淀粉含量、胶稠度和糊化温度已经达到国标优质稻谷的指标要求,两系杂交稻品质优于三系杂交稻。目前杂交水稻品质的主要问题是进一步提高整精米率、降低垩白率;通过与国家标准和农业行业标准进行比较,提出了杂交水稻品质改良的建议。

The quality of the hybrid rice cultivated in winter in Hainan Province was analyzed by testing the quality of the rice from 164 hybrid rice samples. The results showed that the amylose content, gel consistency, gelatinization temperature could meet the need of state standard. The main problem to solve now was how to improve the percentage of head rice and reduc chalk percentage. Suggestion of improving rice quality was mentioned.
