摘要
以3个陆地棉核不育系为母本,10个常规品系为父本,按NCⅡ遗传设计配置了30个杂交组合,对其F1代主要经济性状(子棉产量、皮棉产量、子指、衣分、单铃重、纤维长度、比强度、马克隆值)进行了杂种优势的分析。结果表明,供试30个组合F1代表现出竞争优势,其优势因组合而异,其中GA18×2147、GA18×55173和中抗A×55173等组合的产量和纤维品质存在着一定的正向竞争优势,特别是产量性状,3个组合的正向竞争优势达到极显著,在生产上存在着利用价值。
Three GMS lines were employed as female parents, while 10 conventional varieties were employed as male parents, then 30 hybrid combinations were produced according to NC Ⅱ genetic design. Several economic characters of F1 of the 30 hybrid combinations were analyzed, including seed cotton yield, lint yield, seed index, lint percentage.boll weight.fiber length,tenacity and micronaire value. As a result, all the 30 hybrid combinations showed over standard heterosis, and they were different from each other, standard heterosis over both yield and fiber quality were found in combinations of GA18× 2147.GA18×55173 and Zhongkang A×55173, especially, standard heterosis over yield of the 3 combinations showed significantly at P〈0.01, indicating their value in use of cotton production.
