摘要
采用微波和高压密封罐分别消解茶叶及相应地域的土壤样品,以电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定不同地域样品中的稀土元素含量。方法的检出限在0.04~0.07ng·g-1之间,对标准样品6次测定值的相对标准偏差为1.78%~5.84%,相对误差小于10%。数据分析表明,茶叶中稀土元素的丰度随地域的不同呈现不同的分布特征,相关的差异性同土壤、水质等环境因素有着较为密切的联系。
A method for the determination of rare earth elements (REE) in various samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was established with microwave digesting and high pressure ashing to digest the tea and soil sample respectively. The detection limits of analytical elements are in range of 0.04-0.07 ng·g^-1. The relative standard devia- tion (n=6)was among 1.78%-5.84%,and the relative error between measured value and certified value was less than 10%. The experimental result indicated that the distribution of REE in different regions presented obvious characteristics of zone, and the distinction in concentration was closely related to the environmental factors,such as soil and water.
