摘要
以房县烟叶和津巴布韦烟叶为材料,分析了不同等级烟叶的中性致香物质含量的变化。结果表明,房县的C2L、C3L和C3F等级烟叶中叶绿素降解产物和类胡萝卜素降解产物含量与津巴布韦的B1OAT/S等级含量相当;房县的X3F等级烟叶的美拉德反应产物含量高于津巴布韦所有等级;房县的C3F等级烟叶的西柏烷类降解产物含量与津巴布韦LJLT等级相当;房县各等级烟叶的芳香族氨基酸代谢产物含量与津巴布韦L1LA/S和LJLT等级相当,略低于B1OAT/S等级。聚类分析结果显示,供试材料可分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类由房县的X3F等级单独构成,第Ⅱ类包括津巴布韦的LJLT和L1LA/S等级,第Ⅲ类包括房县的C2L、C3L、C3F和津巴布韦的B1OAT/S等级。
Using the flue-cured tobacco leaf in Fang county and Zimbabwe as material, the contents of main volatile aroma components were studied among different grades. The result indicated that the contents of products degraded by carotene and neoplytadiene of C2L,C3L and C3F in Fang county were mostly equal to the content of B1OAT/S in Zimbabwe; the contents of products of Maillard reaction of all grades flue-cured tobacco leaf in Fang county were higher than the contents of all grades in Zimbabwe; the content of products degraded by cembrane of X3F in Fang county was mostly equal to the content of LJLT in Zimbabwe; the contents of products of aromatic amino acid metabolism of all grades flue-cured tobacco leaf in Fang county were mostly equal to the contents of L1LA/S and LILT in Zimbabwe,and were lower than the content of B1OAT/S in Zimbabwe. Group I included X3F in Fang county;Group Ⅱ consisted of LJLT and L1LA/S in Zimbabwe; Group Ⅲ included C2L,C3L,C3F in Fang county and B1OAT/S in Zimbabwe.
