高产奶牛超数排卵方法和胚胎冷冻的研究

摘要 为了从现有的超数排卵程序中筛选出适合效果稳定的超排程序,从饲养的1 173头奶牛群中,选择81头高产奶牛做供体。分别用促卵泡素(FSH Folltropin-V)等量法(400 mg)和逐日递减法(360 mg和320 mg两个水平)对这81头奶牛进行超数排卵处理。所冲出的胚胎经镜检、胚胎评级后,从74头供体牛共获胚胎533枚,平均每头获胚胎7.2枚(533/74),可用胚胎429枚,平均每头可用胚胎5.8枚(429/74),其中A级胚胎309枚,B级胚胎120枚,C级胚胎83枚,退化胚21枚。所冲出的可用胚胎经冷冻72h,解冻后的存活率为93%。结果显示,采用总剂量360 mg的FSH按逐日递减法超排,效果稳定,适合本地使用。 In order to find an effective and stable method of super ovulation,81 cows were selected from 1 173 diary cattles and deals with FSH(the dosage was 400,360 and 320mg each),PG and LRH-A3 each. 74 donor cows were successfully superovulated and obtained 533 embryos,7.2 embryos per cow,of which 429 embryos were useful,5.8 embryos per cow,in which 309 was A,120 was B,83 was C,and 21 deteriorated. The useful embryos were freezed 72 hours,and 93% embryos still useful after thaw. The results showed that the operation of super ovulation treated with FSH (the total FSH was 360mg, and used up in 4 days,and the dosage was declined each day)is the best,the effect of which is stable, and fits for native use.
