摘要
采用萌发法对桂林岩溶石山阴香群落土壤种子库的物种组成、垂直分布和多样性等进行了研究。结果表明:阴香群落土壤种子库中共有种子植物54种,隶属45属34科,其中乔木15种,灌木14种,草本13种,攀援植物12种;种子库的平均密度为152粒.m-2;在0～15cm土层内,种子库密度垂直分布呈现上层(0～5cm)>中层(5～10cm)>下层(10～15cm),层间储量的差异明显;土壤种子库的Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wie-ner多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数分别为4.55、3.76和1.19。
By the method of germination in greenhouse, this paper studied the species composition, vertical distribution, and diversity of soil seed bank of Cinnamomum burmannii community on the karst hills in Guilin. A total of 54 plant species belonging to 45 genera and 34 families were found in the soil seed bank, among which, 15 species were trees, 14 species were shrubs, 13 species were herbs, and 12 species were climbing plants. The seed density of soil seed bank was 152 ind·m^-2 on average, and its vertical distribution within the soil layer of O-15 cm showed a significant difference, with the sequence of 0-5 cm 〉 5-10 cm 〉 10-15 cm. The Margalef richness index, Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou＇ s evenness index of the soil seed bank were 4. 55, 3.76 and 1.19, respectively.
