摘要
研究了在硫酸介质中,碘化钾还原溴酸根离子的最佳反应条件,选择的最大吸收波长为350nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.24×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,溴酸根离子在0.5~6μg/lomL范围内符合郎伯一比尔定律,检出限为0.25μg/10mL,该法应用于化学试剂中微量溴酸根离子的研究,获得了满意的结果.
The optimum reaction conditions for deoxidizing bromate in a sulfuric acid medium by kalium iodide were studied. 350 nm was selected in this paper. The molar absorptivity was 2.24 ×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 and the linear range was 0.5 ~6μg/10 mL of bromate. The bound of checking and measurement was 0.25μg/10 mE of BrO3^-. The method was applied to determinate micro amount of bromate in chemical reagents with satisfactory results.
