摘要
以永良4号为实验材料,采用田间试验、化学分析、生物统计相结合的方法,系统研究了施用尿素、硝铵、碳铵3种氮肥品种对春小麦硝酸盐含量和分布的影响。结果表明,施用不同品种的氮肥均显著提高了全株特别是茎叶的硝酸盐含量及累积量,不同氮肥品种之间对籽粒硝酸盐含量及累积量的影响均无显著差异。施用硝酸铵并没有提高籽粒硝酸盐含量。硝态氮含量在生育前期极高,到后期迅速降低,成熟期时籽粒中分布已经很少,远低于绿色食品规定的标准。
Through field experiment, chemical analysis and biological statistics, the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer (urea, ammonium nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate) on the content and distribution of nitrate in different parts of spring wheat were systematically studied with Yongliang NO.4. Results indicated that applying different nitrogen fertilizer increased the content and amount of accumulation of nitrate in total plant, especially in the stems. There was not significant difference among different nitrogen on nitrate content and accumulation in wheat seed. Applying NH4NO3 did not increase the content of nitrate in seed. The amount of nitrate was very high in the beginning of the growth period, but decreased sharply in the late stage and it was so low in the maturation period, which was far less than the limitation standard set for the green food.
