山西省太原和运城两地分离筛选的具较强解磷能力的菌株B2和B67,平板培养其溶磷圈D/d值分别为5.1和3.8,液体培养过程中产生苹果酸、丙二酸、乳酸等多种有机酸,pH值分别较CK下降2.3和1.1,接种到山西省4个不同地区的土壤中,恒温恒湿条件下培养20 d,土壤速效磷含量较CK增加1.35-3.04倍。盆栽试验结果表明,玉米45 d地上部株高、鲜重和干重,B2+NP和B2+B67+NP较CK增加15.2%-89.2%;青菜鲜重、干重和生物量,B2和B67较CK增加15.8%-41.6%,其鲜重、干重、根长、根重以及生物量均较CK差异显著。小麦株高、有效小穗数、穗粒数、粒重以及生物量也较CK差异显著。
Bacteria, named as B2 and B67, were isolated from Taiyuan and Yuncheng in soil. Both of them had high ability to promote phosphate liberation. The phosphate dissolved circles in plate culture, i.e. D/d values, were 5.1 and 3.8 for B2 and 1367 respectively. More than one kind of organic acids, such as malic acid and malonic acid were produced during incubation in culture media. Further the pH of culture media declined 2.3 and 1.1 units, respectively. When four soil samples, collected from different area of Shanxi province, were incubated with the above culture media for 20 days under conditions of constant temperature and humidity, available phosphate content in four soil samples was enhanced and was roughly 1.35 - 3.04 times of that in control soil sample. Pot experiment showed that 45 days after sowing, height, fresh weight and dry weight of maize were increased to 15.2%- 89.4% respectively, by combination of B2, N and P or B2, 1367, N and P, relatively to control; Market fresh weight, dry weight and biomass of chinese cabbage were increased to 15.8% - 41.6% respectively, by B2 or B67, compared with those of control; Height, grain number per ear, grain weight per ear and biomass of wheat were significantly enhanced by either B2 or B67 than control.
