本文在"侵略罪"定义界定历史沿革的基础上,着重探讨在"侵略罪"的定义界定方面,如何确保安理会依《联合国宪章》的规定在认定侵略行为方面的决定权。

Based on the history of the definition of the aggressive crime, this paper mainly discusses how to secure UN Security Council＇s dominant power of the decision on identifying the behaviors of aggression according to the articles of The United Nations Charter in the definition of the term of “aggressive crime”.
