Cause and countermeasure of local protectionism

随着中央对地方的权力下放和市场化的推进,各地方政府受GDP和财政收入指标的利益驱使,地方之间往往是竞争多于合作,地方保护主义因此得以存在和强化。本文从利益的视角分析地方保护主义形成的原因,并在此基础上提出解决对策:关键在于构建利益的均衡。

With the progress of devolution of China＇s central government and marketability, each local government, which is driven by GDP and revenue indexes, always has more competition than cooperation, as a result, local protectionism is existed and intensified. This paper analyzes the cause of the forming of local protectionism from interest perspective, and, based on this, gives suggestion for constructing interests balance mechanism.
