摘要
组织信息化是一项系统工程,组织信息化评价是这个过程中不可缺少的重要环节。在分析现有组织信息化评价研究的基础上,结合激励理论,探索基于标杆的信息化评价-激励模型。该模型同时将组织信息化评价(反馈)和信息化促进(激励)融为一体,提供可以持续改进的促进组织信息化的机制。
The organizational informationization is a systematic engineering, in which the evaluation is a required component. With the analysis of the available evaluation research and the motivation theory, this paper proposes a benchmarking-based evaluation-motivation model for organizational informationization, which can combine the information evaluation (feedback) and the information promotion (motivation) into one process. This model provides a continuously improving mechanism to promote the organizational informationization.
