摘要
从平原河网地区水资源配置要求出发,建立以平原产汇流模型、水资源配置模型和河网水流动力模型组成的平原河网地区水资源配置仿真模拟模型,以时甚至分为计算时段,达到仿真模拟平原产汇流、供排水、水体在河网中流动及各种水利工程的调度运行的目的。
According to the demand of water resources allocation in plain river network area,a water resources allocation simulation model was established,including plain runoff model,water resources allocation model and hydrodynamic model in river network.Taking an hour or even a minute as time step,the model can simulate the plain runoff yield and concentration,water supply and drainage,water flow in river network and the operation of all kinds of water projects.
