从技术决定战略到战略引导技术的创新之路

Realization of Innovation from Technology-determined Period to Strategy-guided Period

战略引导技术的创新之路已经越来越多地被众多创新企业所推崇,而技术决定战略是其中的一个重要的基础环节。本文论述了技术决定战略的局限性,阐述了战略优先机制的优越性,从技术引进及技术研发两方面分别对战略的引导作用进行了分析,提出了战略引导技术的支撑体系。

Innovation through method of strategy-guided technology has been favored by an increasing number of innovative enterprises, while technology-determined period is its basic foundation. In this paper, we explain the downside of method of strategy determined by technology and the superiority of strategy-first mechanism. From the aspects of introduction as well as research ＆ develop of technology, the guiding effect of strategy is analyzed. A strategy-guiding system is proposed at the end.
