摘要
为了实现高频直缝焊管焊接挤压力自适应控制,本文提出了一种实用的离散模型参考自适应控制系统(MRACS)的控制方案。这种方案的结构比较简单,自适应控制算法容易在微型机上实现,并且避免了由于引入C·C·Hang新结构而出现的正反馈。二阶被控对象的计算机仿真结果表明,系统的收敛速度较快,具有较好的跟随效果,是用于实际控制系统的较理想的控制方案。
This paper presents a kind of practical discrete MRAC scheme forthe welding squeezing force adaptive control in the longitudinal seamwelding tube mill with high frequency. This structure of the scheme issimpler than others, the adaptive algorithm can be easily implementedwith a microcomputer and the scheme avoids the positive feedback inC. C. Hang new structure. The computer simulations for a second-orderplant prove that the convergence speed of the control system is fasterand the scheme is better in practical control system.
