摘要
20世纪90年代末的国产300MW机组,其高低加液位控制多采用就地基调方式,调节多采用气—气调节控制,相较智能控制落后许多。本文针对300MW机组高低加液位控制水平较低,加热器端差大,经济性较差,不利于运行人员监视、操作等问题,介绍了高低加液位控制系统引入DCS改造的设计及实施方法。成功实施后系统工作状况良好,达到了预期效果,为其他同类型电厂的高低加液位控制提供了经验。
The domestic products 300MW unit at the end of 1990s in twentieth mostly adopted groundwork controller of its high - low pressure heater level control. Accommodating mostly adopted gas - gas regulating control. They were much more backward than intelligent control. The article is aiming at the questions of 300MW unit that high -low heater pressure level is low, heater port is big, economy is bad, go against worker's watch and operation, introducing the DCS alternation & realization method of high -low heater pressure control system. Its work condition is all right after successful doing and has achieved the participation results. So it has provided using for reference experience for the same power plant about high -low pressure heater level control.
